The sheet at the sizes it ships at. 22 of 126 are renders of the models that stand in the world; the rest are placeholder glyphs holding a name and a grid.
One source per object. blender/cinema-world/era1/ → art/<name>.glb → icons/<name>.png. The icon is a render of the model under one fixed camera and light rig — the game's own isometric, 35° off the front and 30° up — so it can never drift from the thing standing in the world.
The file name, the material id and the icon id are the same word. Era 1 is modelled; eras 2 to 5 are still glyphs, and a glyph is a placeholder for a name, not art direction.design/art.test.ts fails if an object ever has both, or neither.
The same icon at every size it is read at. If it fails at 32 px it fails in the HUD, which is where most of them live.

The only three numbers ever shown in a corner. Not objects, so still glyphs.
What she walks to and takes from. Each says its verb — dig, pull, pick, rake, collect.
What she builds and works at. A build tile shows these at 64 px.
Carried on her back, so each has to read as a mass at 32 px.
The output pad shows these piled up. Silhouette matters more than detail.
What a show is performed with. One per era, and each is a landmark on the map.
Where the show happens.
Portrait glyphs, used in hire prompts and commissions.
Every colour the models are allowed. A rung is named once in design/palette.ts, dumped into Blender by palette.mjs, and never retyped in a model; the test reads the shipped .glbs back and fails on a colour that is not one of these.
How many new icons each district introduces, and how many of them exist as models. An era that needs thirty new glyphs is an era that is doing too much.
